Shipping Information

Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of ordering.
• If additional processing time is required, you will be notified via email.
• Orders will be shipped via standard shipping, unless an alternative shipping method is selected at checkout.

Preorders

• Preorder items will be shipped according to the estimated date listed in the product description.
• If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, we will ship them separately if the order total exceeds $150 before tax.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 (before tax) for Canadian residents only.

• Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be subject to the following Canada Post standard shipping rates:

  Standard Shipping – $7.00 (Estimated 5-7 business days)

• If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may be shipped via Canada Post. Your Shipping Confirmation Email will include the carrier details and tracking information.

Order Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
• If any items are back-ordered or canceled, you will receive a separate email notification.
• You can also view your order status by logging into your account and selecting "Order History."

Additional Information

• We currently ship to all Canadian provinces.
• PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for shipping.
• Expedited shipping options (Two-Day or Overnight) will be processed on the next business day.
