Online Return Policy
We accept returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days from the date your package was delivered (as confirmed by Canada Post tracking).
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Jewelry
- Bathing suits
- Bodysuits
- Sale merchandise (including purchases made with a discount code)
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will have a $10 deduction from the refund if the return causes the order to fall below the free shipping threshold.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item

Pack your items securely – include the merchandise and completed Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice.

Shipping Costs:
- Return labels are not pre-paid; you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- All returns must be shipped using traceable and insured mail.

Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
- Please allow 2-3 days from the return shipment date for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
- If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it.
- Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot make any modifications.
Preorders
Preordered items are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery date.
Special Orders
- Special order items are eligible for a store credit within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- These items are custom-ordered and cannot be returned beyond this period.
